Because many of our items are custom or made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and do our best to make it right.
Refunds are only issued for approved damaged or incorrect items and will be returned to your original payment method once processed.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order has been shipped, but we will always provide tracking information when available.
